Do not use Internet Express!
The collected a parcel from me on 2 September (IEXPT***) A week later on 9 September i emailed them asking for feedback as their automated tracking system still said it was "outbound" They did not respond. The next day i emailed again and said i am still waiting for a response, they again did not respond. Another day later, on 11 September i emailed again, telling them it was the 3rd time i was asking... as of today, 17 September, they have STILL not responded, and their automated email tracking still says its "outbound" Do not use this company if you want to know where you parcels are!
