Extremely Disappointed with Internet Express

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Internet Express and felt compelled to share my disappointment. I opted for their Express Delivery service, paying extra for what I expected to be a reliable and prompt service.

Unfortunately, my package, collected on Wednesday, the 8th, was not delivered by the promised date of the 10th, despite the urgency as it was needed for an event on Saturday. To make matters worse, after filing a complaint, I was assured by Customer service that someone would personally deliver the package. This commitment, however, was not honored.

This failure not only caused significant inconvenience but also had a direct impact on the reputation of my business. The unmet commitment and subsequent lack of resolution have left me deeply upset.

I urge potential customers to exercise caution when relying on Internet Express for time-sensitive deliveries. My experience has unfortunately shown their service to be unreliable and has raised serious concerns about their commitment to meeting customer expectations.
