Disgusting customer service
<p>I logged a complaint with Internet express on the 7 December, almost 2 weeks later and no response from them.</p> <p>On 2 seperate incidents, they have messed up and not taking resposibility. the first, i ordered 2 seperate shipments to be collected in Cape Town and delivered to Hillcrest and Haenertsburg and they mixed the orders up, and sent the wrong item to the wrong person. i had to then pay for new stock again and pay shipment for the second time to be sent to the right clients. </p> <p>The second incident, i requested a package to be collected from Jhb and delivered to secunda and i requested the driver to please ensure they bubble wrap it and handle with care. the item was delivered broken to Secunda. again i had to pay for an additional item and shipping again to secunda. </p> <p>i lodged a complaint with them directly but to no joy. Disgusting customer service, i will not use Internet express again,</p>
