DISGRACE of courier company

ABSOLUTELY a disgrace of a courier company. SONCE December waiting on my parchel, been told the whole time the person is on another call when calling them and when eventually getting to someone you just get told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow!!!

OR new one, get an email saying your parchel is delivered but to no where and no one can answer you.

Please close your company doors and this is not a courier company worth
