Disappointing Experience

My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From start to finish, their lack of support and communication has been utterly unacceptable.

The lack of communication regarding collection times or any potential delays is inexcusable. I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the collection, only for the courier to not show up without any prior notice. It's baffling how a company in the business of logistics fails so spectacularly at keeping their customers informed.

In an era where customer service and communication are paramount, They fail miserably on both fronts. Their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. It's evident that they have a long way to go before they can be considered a reliable courier company.
