delivery good BUT no invoice

I used Internet Express in November, and they delivered as promised, on time - good on them! However, despite multiple phone calls and emails to them to get a copy of the invoice for the delivery, nothing has been forthcoming. This is ad, as my good feelings towards the company are swiftly changing to ones of irritation.
