we ordered a shipment service from internet express to collect from our workshop a parcel to be delivered to our customer (local: from Roodepoort to Melville Johannesburg) this was from the 1st february 2022, we have been trying to trace this parcel since the 3rd and were taken from pillar to post . today the 8th feb our customer complains that he has not received his order and when we cancel the order to be refunded, PJ Helberg of internet express told us they will only reverse their courier fees and nothing else, to me looks like their staff is getting away with people's belongs and nothing happens (theft), thank God the parcel is worth R87, never use them again . please people use other couriers who are responsible
