Damaged Package, Poor Service, and Unacceptable Communication

My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel utterly let down by the complete lack of care and professionalism in handling my delivery.

Firstly, I entrusted you with a fragile package, which was clearly labelled as such. Not only was the package delivered late, but upon arrival, it was evident that it had been mishandled. To my shock and dismay, the contents were completely destroyed. All of the items inside were broken beyond repair, and the packaging showed clear signs of abuse. This level of negligence is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I was unable to get any assistance when I tried to reach your company. Your phones never go through, and I have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered. This complete lack of communication is not only frustrating but also entirely unprofessional. A company that treats its customers this way does not deserve to stay in business.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received and will certainly never use your courier service again. In fact, I will actively warn other entrepreneurs and businesses to steer clear of Internet Express Couriers. If you value your products, your time, and your reputation, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Sies!!!
