Confounded courier

Ordered products from an online retailer. Internet Express was unfortunately the courier service tasked with the picking-up of the products and the delivery of the products.

Allegedly after multiple unsuccessful pick-up attempts, the 2 products were delivered - to 2 different addresses that weren’t even in the same province as the delivery address. My delivery details were entered correctly into the waybill but even then it was too difficult of a task.

Terrible experience.
