CHARGE FOR EXPRESS YET NEVER ARRIVE TO COLLECT

I booked a parcel for delivery to Greytown with Internet Express as I have done before. I always book my parcels between 11 and 3 pm and they never had a problem with this before.<br> They immediately charged my card for the money (EXPRESS SERVICE MEANING OVERNIGHT, AND I GOT CONFIRMATION ALL WAS GOOD AND PARCEL WOULD BE COLLECTED SAME DAY) - lo and behold no one ever arrived for the package and this woman mentioned above tells me I BOOKED TOO LATE????!! Really? Since when??<br> <br> THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THEIR STAFF RESPOND TO EMAILS WITH SARCASTIC NONSENSE.<br> <br> If you are looking for a courier to deliver ON TIME, then DO NOT use INTERNET EXPRESS.<br> They are THE MOST EXPENSIVE and I only use them when I am forced to, but after this debacle never again.<br> <br> My client will now have a function with no goods, and I have to foot the bill, not miss Shannon.<br> They collected the parcel at 5:40pm today - WHEN IT WAS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE CLIENT. <br> <br> I GOT CHARGED FOR EXPRESS, yet I am getting BUDGET SNAIL PACE for R190.00<br> USELESS.
