Broken Service, no cornerstone, no reliability

I purchased some items from Seeds for Africa, which uses Internet Express Couriers to deliver from Cape Town to Johannesburg. My delivery should have been on Wednesday, but it did not arrive. Nor the Thursday or the Friday. On Monday I called them only to hear that they won't be able to deliver on Monday and MAYBE they can make it the next day. I am rating a one star since they claim their cornerstone as a company is 'service'; I experienced the opposite. I will avoid this courier in the future and recommend that everyone do the same.
