Behaviour management needed!

I am so shocked by these gentleman's behaviour. They called me once ,after missing the call I called back, the rude ass decides to shout at me why am I not answering my phone!?. When he decides officially to make a nother turn to drop delivery he says to me I need a stress relief what's my story then.

I will never ever recommend internet express! Absolutely in disbelief how I was treated. More of fearing for my life
