Be aware security measures ignored by the drivers.

I have had a bad experience with this courier company before but one has no choice when buying from a company uses them as a courier company. Why do they request you to give instructions for the driver eg Call me when you get to the security gate" but is ignored by the driver and allows anybody to sign for the parcel. Also why send a pin number as a security measure but driver says it is not needed. I will be explaining my displeasure from the company using them also.
