Bad service

Internet express is the worst courier company has been waiting for my package for more than a week, their excuse is either they they cant get hold of me on the phone or my area is a hotspot but its not the 1st time the online store of Fashion world are using them as a courier company and they use to come into my area but really their services are very bad
