Bad Service

I bought items online and paid for an express delivery. I then received an email confirming that my delivery will be made on 23 September 2021 by Internet Express Couriers. Later on the day I received a message from their driver who was asking for my location. I sent him the location and about an hour later I called him to check how far he is. Only then he told me that he's no longer coming and my delivery will be made on Monday 28 September 2021 because his manager told him that. I explained to the driver that can't wait for Monday hence I did an express delivery. I need that parcel urgently. He hanged up the phone on me. I called the company and I spoke to two ladies who promised to call me back and make arrangements and till today I was never called. I'm trying to call them today and no one is picking up.
