Bad service

Ticket#41219 On the 3rd of November a parcel was sent through their services since then I have not received my parcel. I have made numerous calls to their call centre and was informed that they could not find the parcel. Last week they requested an invoice of which I forwarded it through to them and since then they have been quiet. Numerous emails have been sent but with no reply.
