Bad customer service and rude driver

Good day

Please kindly assist with lodging a complaint against your above mentioned driver as he is rude and doesn't know how to speak to clients and numerous calls to try and direct him he was complaining of he area saying he knows the area and doesn't want to deliver in this area as the address are not accurate and still I was patient with him even sent him an SMS with the location and the code but still he felt the need to shout at me. I will not be ordering anything with you guys going forward and I'll make sure I spread the word

If you promote this kind of behaviour you definitely not the company I want to deal
