******* and not taking responsibility

The worst courier services I’ve ever experienced,they picked up the parcel (iphone in a box)on the 20th December 2024 and the parcel stayed with them for 19 days???? It was only intransit on the 7 Jan 2025 imagine , I understand there were 3 public holidays but even the parcels that we ordered after using other couriers arrived, only to find out that they stole the parcel😡😡😡the audacity of INTERNET EXPRESS to send the empty plastic wooow 🙆🏼♀️because we are fools ? cz it was obvious that they saw that the phone was ****** that’s why they kept it there for that long, instead of taking responsibility and inform us they sent the empty plastic 😡😡😡😡 please people don’t use this courier services they will ***** your parcels, when i was investing my phone I found out that a laptop was missing as well just after my phone please do yourselves a favour and not use these people i will never ever 🤞🏿🤞🏿🤞🏿
