Absolutely pathetic service

I've been using them for more than 10 years and they used to be quite good, but it seems they've grown too big to handle now.

Paid extra for EXPRESS delivery to my office. The guy tried delivering at 17:20 when the office was obviously closed.

Mailed customer service and got excuses and attitude rather than trying to come up with a solution.

I am actually STILL waiting for a follow-up.

I have had issues with delayed deliveries recently but have given them the benefit of the doubt. This seems to have become the norm now.
