Absolute terrible service yet again.

Sometimes business dont understand why they cant increase their sales even when the answer is right in front of them

Example again is Internet Express. Absolutely terrible and unreliable.

I cant understand why anyone in trust them with deliveries.

Our Item is out for delivery since very early. The driver has been in area even passing our business.

They have even gone back to their depot and back in area.

But not delivered item.

When you phone to ask why not the call center cant even get hold of the driver. They even try and Whatsapp.

This happens clock work every time Internet Express handles a package of ours.

Yet they ask for our business and wonder why we dont want to give our retail shops online sales to them,

Really bad and consistently bad.
