A dishonest, poor, and totally disappointing business

The very worst customer experience imaginable. My order was placed timeously on a Tuesday and they proceeded to call me that same day on the alternative number, not once attempting to call the main number. Thursday I called them at 11:56, 12:15, 15:18, 15:52, 16:40, 16:47, 16:52, 16:53, 16:56, and 17:05. After the 12:15 call I was told that it would be collected between 14:00 and 15:00, it was not. I focussed my efforts on the domestic call centre in Johannesburg in the hopes that they would communicate with the Cape Town office, which was dishonest in every dealing and conversation with me. I then proceeded to call people named Ebrahiem and Gerrie at 17:09 (twice) and again at 17:15. YES - in one day. Every single person promised to call me back - only Ebrahiem and Gerrie ever did and it was because of them that the driver collected the parcel. According to the driver who did the pick-up, he was only contacted at 17:00 today, which means every single consultant excepting perhaps Ebrahiem and Gerrie **** directly to me.
