3 days courier turns into nearly a month later....!!!

It does not even deserve one star. I send an important document from JHB to Cpt on 09 November 2018. Long story short.... Plenty of email correspondence and frustration nearly one month later and i still do not know whether my document has been delivered. On 29 November I asked for an explanation for the non-delivery and still don't have any ansers. This is absolutely rediculous!! Get me in touch with the owner!!
