How could you

Took out a contract with Internet Connection also knows as Internet deals pty. They never delivered my LTE device,never delivered my Sim as it has been 3 week and they already debited my account,yet no service was provided. No customer agent to call to enquire as phone always automated and no one to assist with what happened to device as funds has been taken. I have not received any service from them,no equipment was ever delivered but they took funds from account qnd no one is to be found as phone just rings and rings with no help from anyone..3 weeks and stil no assistance.
