Refund and Bad experience

I downloaded the App called internations , i subscribed for the free trial which i had to submit my credit card details. Not sure why.

When i read the terms and conditions, it is stated that you can be upgraded(membership) according to your interaction or usage of the application. Also you can be charged after your trial period is over.

I was not noticed at all once my trial period was over, a dedication of R1846 was deducted on the 1st of January 2019. I sent an email to the support team on the 3rd of January 2019, the response took 5 hours.

I am very disappointed at these App, they should at any point notify the user if such incidents and provide immediate assistance . I want my refund back, i have not used the app as much to even qualify for an update. What criteria are they using to automatically update ones account.

This is poor development and poor thing that went into this App. The app is for social networking, why should people have to pay to be able to connect and socialize
