I sent clothes and books for kids using DHL from Ireland to South Africa, I was informed to apply for an ITAC permit which I did on the 7th November 2024 with the following staff from ITAC who were very unprofessional and un-co-operative. *** *** *** *** Subject AWB:***

Up to this day I haven't received an outcome, the parcel i sent has been withheld at the customs warehouse.
