Permit for my custom clearance

I sent an email for my permit a week ago for just a mere devise that I purchased and I have been waiting for over 2 weeks when I call they say the number is not available, at 1st I thought Aarifah was going to help me but none happened or whatsoever 😢, I tried to email ITAC and even CC'd Makhosini and Tshegofatso but they are not replying me back 😢 😞 and I wrote an email explaining how I need the device urgently but they are taking their sweet time.
