ITAC & DHL

Hi had a package sent from the Uk on the 31July 2020 it so happened that in the package there was a used hair styler straightener thats needed a permit as i learnt when customs was doing clearence. I was than contacted by dhl to contact ITAC offices for a permit in order to get a permit for the straightener .Fine i started the process they gave me a number to call & emails for people to contact . I started.to contact to no luck no body ever picks calls from ITAC offices and emails never get rep****. After weeeks of frustration and calling DHL customer servise to report am not winning with ITAC communication.0n 26th August 2020 i decide to drive to Pretoria ITAC office only got email response once when i decide to drive to Pretoria offices and get refused entry to the premises. Well the security was helpful enough to try get me someone who works there who in ITAC come out to help.

Well all i was told was to go online print an form fill in and scan back to the same people who had never bothered to even reply me once and do a drop of at their postal box outside the offices. I went filled form scanned it and did postal box drop off that day i got an automated email from one of the email recipients saying they out of office. Then few days later i got another email telling to fill a form there very same form which was clear that this worker did not read emails , i responded but till this day nothing from ITAC i than wrote an email to DHL stating the situation the customer service consultant now emailed me back saying her surpervisor would deal with tge matter this was 11th September 2020. I am still waiting for ITAC to respond and am still waiting for DHL to update me about my package progress
