ITAC Contacts details not WORKING, like a GHOST Company

I have been trying to submit my ITAC form since the 9th of October, but no luck.

all the email addresses i got from DHL are bouncing back, the contact numbers keep saying i have entered an incorrect extension code. DHL keeps telling me that i can only apply via emails, so i currently can not even go to their offices to sort this out.

i read another review regarding the same issue that i am facing, so now if the parcel gets ******, then what???????

i am really frustrated by all this as i have been doing my best to make sure that i receive my parcel. i mean money was spend to ship the items buy yet i can not receive the products even when am doing my very best.

can someone contact me from ITAC to get this resolved quickly.
