Horrible communication and feedback service

Got a shipment arriving on the 06 May 2021 from UK through DHL and has some used car parts. DHL is not clearing the shipment as it need a ITAC used parts permit, although i have a SARS Importers license. DHL gave emails and forms to submit to ITAC to apply for a permit and all requested documents by ITAC have been submitted on Friday 07 May 2021 and till now 11.30am 12 May 2021 have not received any reply/feedback from any of the many emails sent to (*** ; *** ; ***; ***) to have and answer if documents have been received and if they all in order, or if anything else is still needed, or to have a feedback on when should i expect to get such license/permit. The ITAC telephone number got from DHL also nobody answers it and goes to a voice mailbox and ask to enter an extension number, all numbers i tried are invalid and it hangs up. I wonder how a government institution works like that and nobody (the government or SARS) no one questions about the seriousness of this licensing issuing institution.
