Customs

Poor poor poor service!! Currently on a back and forth ongoing matter and they have my phone , they keep requesting information that they have and I have been sending documents multiple times they don’t read properly at emails they're reading to reply! I am livid and am tired of waiting for my belonging that they have in their possession. They have now given me a time frame of another 7 working days when it has already been 7 days waiting for my phone to be released from customs! I am extremely angry because this is beyond control and the only source of communication is through email which they are taking their sweet time to reply to. A big fat 0 out of 10 for these people’s service!!!!!!!!!!!!
