suspension without salary .

On the 15/06 / 15 I was awarded with notice of suspension Form, claiming that I am owing company some minutes to be available at my desk, I must use toilets only on my breaks not with Company time, On the 22nd of June I must attend the hearing at 14h30 I Failed to Attend THE Hearing, I call them to proceed without my absent, come salary day no money in my bank I went to labour to lodge the complain they call HR, now HR claimed that I am owing company money, my understanding is a have a contract with employer to work end of the month will pay me if the is any issues not involving in my salary. The client of international sos is Vodacom but client paid internationalsos employee is not paid. All along I was not owing them after attempting to dismiss I am owing company. Vodacom I want to make you aware about this company and I am ready to exposed with many things and I am not done here, I am still going to take it to DPT of communications.January this year I was heaving a case at High Court of law concerning the eviction company refused to attend my case now I got evicted because of company I don't have the place to stay with my kinds after they take my salary without Agreements.
