so on 30 Mar 2015 around 17:45<br> i was Traveling on my Bike to work so i split the lane as traffic is moving slow infront. <br> <br> i pass one of ISS VW Vans plate Number ISS 3 ZN <br> the Driver texting away on his phone.<br> <br> once he saw i had a camera on my Helmet he put down his phone. <br> that split second of looking at your phone is what causes accidents <br> <br> i would like some feed back on this matter as i am highly against it
