Transfer of Points

Since March 2015, when I paid R31,000 for the Brink & Du Plessis points to be sold to a new beneficiary. Since end of July 2015 when the transfers was suppose to begin there was just the promise that next month it will be done, just wait till end of December, just wait till end of January. I am now sick of waiting! and either want my money back or some results as Flexi Club is now charging me interest on the outstanding amount.
