Slowest Claims Processing EVER!

Several different people in our organization have had the misfortune of requiring emergency medical attention while overseas. We purchase Emergency Medical Insurance from IMG just for these types of emergencies. After receiving emergency medical services and having to pay out of pocket for our expenses because local providers do not recognize IMG as a medical aid plan, we have had to wait MONTHS for our claims to be processed, with NO INFORMATION available as to the status of the claims. Really? We pre-pay our premiums for this service, is it unreasonable to think that 3 months after submitting a claim it might actually be processed, or at least appearing on-line so we know it has been received and is in process? Terrible customer service and client communications, STAY AWAY, LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY, WE WILL BE WHEN OUR CURRENT POLICIES EXPIRE, THESE GUYS ARE GREAT AT SOLICITING RENEWALS AND COLLECTING MONEY BUT TERRIBLE AT PAYING IT OUT. WHAT A JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY. Sorry to say we have paid this organization quite a bit as we have been in the field for 10 years and hosted a number of short-term mission teams, all insured by IMG. SORRY, NO MORE FOR YOU IMG, BYE-BYE!
