Worst tertiary institute.

I am a student at IHS campus located in Gauteng, Sunninghill. It has the organization of a flea market rather than a tertiary institute. Firstly forget about feedback, assistance, guidance or advice it is a foreign topic to administrators and academic heads. I have been trying to apply for a transfer to durban campus for the past year. I keep receiving more tasks to do and having my transfer denied. Finally I have completed all tasks for the year as told by my administrator. I moved back to Durban with the knowledge that everything I have been told to do is done and my transfer is being processed. The new academic year has now began and I am being told that my transfer has been declined because my portfolio does not have labelling, something I could have completed when I was in Johannesburg if someone could have informed me properly. I then asked to defer my studies for this year . I was told that last years practicals have not yet been tested and are going to be done this year with the second year courses. How is first year courses being pushed over into the second year. Basically I am being told that I have wasted one year of my life because right now it is impossible for me to go back to Johannesburg because my living arrangements have been made here in Durban. The campus seems happy as long as they have my money. Please do not enroll at this institute. Its not about the students. Its about letting you fall once you have paid the fees. I am now stuck paying of loans with nothing to show for. There is nobody you can ask for help because you are continuously referred back and forth infact nobody is willing to help.
