Sour Taste in My Mouth after Great Work

<p>I graduated at the International Hotel School in March 2016 with Higher Certificate in Food and Beverage Management. This was a great moment for me after a long year of study. I was hoping to finish my Diploma with them but I had to relocate to Johannesburg hence I had to leave the school.</p> <p>On the graduation day we were not inform where, when and how to get our certificates. I took a flihgt the following morning to Johannesburg after the ceremony without my certificates.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of my classmates informed me that he received his certificate at the venue. I did a follow up with with Wendy Gietzmann who tried her best to assist. Unfortunately, after a long conversation with her on emails, going back and forth I have not received my certificates, as she copied another lady to inform me on how to get the documents. Until today, from March I have not received my documents that I expected to arrive at Johannesburg Branch or posted to me. I am quite disappointed with the lack of interest to the matter from the School. Yes, Wendy has been amazing but her other collegues who were suppose to follow through are not willing to help. PLEASE HELP ME</p>
