IHS QUERY

Been awaiting for a refund from this college, Johannesburg campus. I have been trying to call them, they keep giving false feedback, they do not keep to their word - they never contact me when i have asked many times to get back to me. This campus is very unprofessionable and they are not taking my request seriously.
