After 2 months, still waiting for results

I was a student of the school as of 2009. Then I finished in 2011, however I had a supplementary pending therefore I didn’t graduate. I then got opportunities to work overseas in Abu Dhabi which I couldn’t complete my supplementary for the last few years. I’ve been visiting SA since August 2017, which I got in touch with the school for my results , in order to confirm which supplementary exam I would need to enroll for.

Fast forward to today, I have called the school academic department several times, however I keep on receiving excuses that they need to look for the results on the system and confirm the results with school dean. I’ve visited the school for the same reason, to be assisted. I’ve left my contact details (cellphone number, email, landline)countless times but no one has gotten back to me to give me an update, instead I’m the one following but still have no update. It’s quite frustrating as I want to graduate and get my diploma but I’m not receiving the assistance that I need. Please HelloPeter help me out, as I am running out of options?
