Bad Customer Service!

I did not give permission for IDC to debit my account on behalf of Truworths. Recently, I went to a Truworths store to enquire on my account, to my surprise the payments that IDC has been debiting are not appearing on Truworths my account. Also the eft payments I made to Truworths are not appearing on my Truworths account but are showing on IDC statement which is puzzling.
