Advertising something you cant have!

On the 23rd of March My husband booked me a mani and pedi at the day spa......12pm appointment.<br> when I got there at 11h30 I saw they had a special expiring 31 March 2015.Same mani and pedi but a massage added in for a R20 more,I then told the Lady I would like to change it to that,She point blank refused becoz they only offer the special thursday to saturday and this was a monday.<br> Why advertise something you can only provide certain days when there are no conditions in the pamphlet add on the reception desk.Her reason was bcoz its going to take too long?a mani is 1hour a pedi 1hour yet they were going to do it as 2 so that it takes 1 hour total which means I was entitled to another hour anyways!!!!!!CLIENT SERVICE SUCKS!!!
