********** Account ****!!!!!!

Last month I saw my credit score go down and I didn't know what was the cause I was shocked when I received my credit score again this month that it had gone down again and a default payment was added that I had an account with International Colleges Group, I have never app**** for this loan I have a suspicion that my information was used to create this ********** account. if anyone can assist in how to correct this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
