Credit card dispute

My name is Mohammed shane Amod residing in johannesburg today i have checked my credit score through clear score website i was shocked to see that i have open an account with the company name international colleges group pty ltd its a credit card First of all, i never app**** or had any dealings with the above mentioned company. I just checked on Google where is this company, and found out that it is in Cape Town, International Colleges Group (Pty) Ltd pls close my account immidiately i never take a credit card from this company thanks pls contact with me
