Hi. I bought hyd clamps from International clamps the first week of September 22. I did tge eft the same day when i placed the order, however after almost 2 weeks i was informed they dont have stock. I cancelled the order and requested my money back. However the money has not beem tranfered to my acc. Its been said that the account person works from home. Now ive done all tge calls and no one even picked up the phone to call me. Its just good business to liaise woth your customers and keep them informed. The director however indicated that hes been working for big corporsyes including mines, my Q is sort out a small amount of +- R 2500. That to me is no directors backside. You've failed in your duty.
