Where is my order??

Where is my order?Your website says 2-7 working days for delivery.It has now been 7 working days and I have recieved zero communication or indication as to the status of my order.I have sent emails but have yet to receive an update.The lack of communication once payment is made is absolutely ridiculous.I will definitely not be purchasing from this store again.
