Skye distributions/ibo online beating around the bush

Ordered 2 items a week before Christmas 2022, 1 of the 2 items was incorrect, they pick up that it was an error on their side. Spoke to a "manager" Wesley, a Julian who advised that I could drop off at courier and they would rectify, however the courier company supervisor Kumaran(dpd laser) didn't have knowledge of the company or the contact person that I was told to see. My calls been dropped several times, Wesley has not been returning calls, I get a call from the ibo store manager in canubia(Ally) who in all Fairness seems to be the only one trying to assist, hats off to him but like me he seems to be getting no joy. The courier company pitches up at the store with my details but I was advised by Wesley not to leave item at store. Very poor after sales service from skye distribution and ibo online. Everyone claims to be in management, yet nobody seems to be resolving their mess up.
