IBO Online is very bad - the poorest service I have ever seen in my life

These guys dont seem to know what they are doing. I bought some sneakers 9 or so days ago and they have not arrive. I have called more than 20 times and written emails and nobody seems to know whats happening. Blame game between them and the Courier. Its very bad. I have never seen such poor service in my life.
