If you are a student contemplating studying with International Academy DO NOT waste your time or money, its been 1 year & 4 months that i've been waiting for a refund of R26 535.00. It's been one excuse after the other i had to go all the way to the cape town branch (head office) to find out what was going on in person only to find out everything I've been told previously was a lie. They are extremely unprofessional once they've received your money and do not care for students. I have emailed both Mr. Koekemoer & Mrs. Grewer and still haven't received any response. I went to meet Mr. koekemoer in person and recorded the conversation where he stated they are contemplating if they should return my funds because i stated if they refuse i would need to get a lawyer which is only fair. mind you i found out i was never even given a proper contract legally binding me to the school so they have no valid reason to not return my funds it's been really stressful dealing with this unprofessional team that have now delayed my life process by with holding money i saved up to further my education.
