Pathetic Incompetence

Our company bought us spa vouchers as a Christmas gift - but the students are not ready to take clients yet , we have been trying for a month to get a refund or even just but products with the voucher and we were refused. Pathetic service , never go there , never buy vouchers you will be told when and where and how you may use it. Terrible people to deal with . Seriously NO sense of client service at all. PATHETIC !!!!!!
