not trustworthy

DONT trust anything they tell you. My daughter completed her 1 year gap course in 2021. Passed her itec exams and everytime we make contact about collecting her certificates they come up with some other story and say they're waiting for itec. Now emails are not getting answered, phones are not working and my daughter still doesn't have her qualification. She worked so hard, never missed a class, did everything as required and all fees were paid in full???? why dont we have a certificate yet!!!!!
