No pitch & Now I have to beg for my money!!!

I made a booking for the girls to come out for a bridal shower, Janine informed me that I would need to make payment by Thursday 05/03/2015. The Friday tge girls had apparently locked the keys in the car and they were not able to come. No one had the ****ing decency to call me, I had to follow up with Janine the Monday, she said that the funds would be paid back it is the 19th and still no one has gotten back to me. All she does is offer poor excuses telling me that I need to call Ivan. I am the client and the **** up was not on my end! Why do I need to call for my mone. There customer service is up to **** I emailed her several times and now she no longer responds. I requested that a manager give me a call and still nothing.
